All-on-X Full Arch Replacement
If you are missing most or all of your upper or lower teeth, All-on-X offers a fixed, non-removable alternative to traditional dentures. Using a small number of strategically placed implants — typically four to six per arch — this technique secures a complete arch of beautiful, functional teeth that look, feel, and chew like your own. Two implants are usually placed near the front of the jaw where bone is densest, while the back implants are angled to maximize bone contact and avoid sensitive structures like the sinus cavity or facial nerve. This approach often makes treatment possible even for patients who have been told they lack sufficient bone for implants.
Unlike removable dentures that slip, click, and rely on adhesives, an All-on-X prosthesis stays firmly in place. You can bite into an apple, eat steak, laugh, and speak with confidence. And because it is supported by implants rather than resting on the gums, it helps preserve the jawbone underneath, preventing the sunken facial appearance that often develops after years of denture wear.

Dr. Garner personally designs your arch using advanced CAD/CAM software, and every prosthesis is precision-milled from solid zirconia right here in our office.
The process begins with 3D CBCT imaging for a detailed view of your jawbone, nerve pathways, and sinus anatomy, paired with digital scanning that often reduces the need for traditional impressions. These records allow Dr. Garner to virtually plan the exact position and angle of each implant before surgery. After a healing period that allows the implants to fuse with your jawbone, your final zirconia arch is milled to exact specifications — with real-time adjustments to shade, contour, and fit that simply aren't possible when the work is outsourced.
